Do I get paid for cancelled orders?

Customers are not currently able to cancel orders using the app or website. To cancel an order they would need to contact you (the merchant) directly to request a cancellation.

If a customer contacts you to cancel an order and you agree to the cancellation you will not be paid if the order is set as "pending" or "active." You will be paid for the order if you have marked it as "completed."
